Middle Eastern eggs with merguez & pistachios

This is an amazing brunch, especially if you make the eggs a bit runny. Harissa adds a nice spicy kick to the tomatoes. Sadly it will never look as good on a plate as it does in the pan.

I’ve had people on Whatsapp writing “the best food photo in this group yet.” Actually not people, one guy. It counts more, because he knows his way around the kitchen. Some other brunch ideas on lindy.
