Excellent method of roasting a trout; be careful with the amount of orange in your salsa. Barberry is something you will need to google. No? Congrats! I could not find the barberries, but as you can read I am still alive and well. I also missed out on currants, a designated backup.
Why did I roast it in January instead of waiting for the summer? We will never know.
