Excellent crunchy garlic chicken

The prep is not as messy as you would expect. And the result is as delicious as you would expect. If possible, season your chicken breasts a day before (1.25%). Panko breadcrumbs do make a difference, in Germany you find them in Asian shops.

During corona times I did it for lunch while being at the home office, and a guy asked me if I even work. It is not really a 4h project, ffs! More like 40 min. Other chicken recipes on lindy.

Notes to the recipe (updated on 15.12.21)

- only put mayo mixture breadcrumbs on the top side of the breasts, baking will make the bottom soggy anyhow
- for the bottom side use neutral oil or mayo
