Easy also without a wok, but of course the rice will never be as crispy as it could be. Mushrooms, carrots and optional toppings, dark soy sauce works too. If you are without sambal ulek, just take regular chilli. But I am not sure if we can still call it nasi goreng? Nobody cares.
