Papardelle with harissa, olives and capers

Amazing given basic ingredients (onion, tomato, olives, capers and harissa for spicy). First time I used fresh greek yoghurt as a pasta topping. And it works great!!!

Lesson learnt the day I discovered yoghurt as a pasta topping: never discuss extremely hard topics after two bottles of wine.

Notes to the recipe

- 500g of pasta is too much for this amount of sauce, reduce to 350-400g
- feeds 2 adults as a main
