BBC Good Food likes superlatives. I am not sure about how super healthy this is, but it is GOOD. When pulsing, do not be too aggressive so that it does not become too mushy.
Salt can be tricky, because you have soy sauce and red curry paste, so maybe try with 0.7% of salmon weight. No guarantees, you are on your own.
