Quick couscous salad that works with bulgur

This 10-minute promise on BBC is not a lie. I used chickpea couscous, and I did not like it at all, because it went full on mushy. If you prefer bulgur, just replace.

I made basil pesto myself and forgot to save some pine nuts to sprinkle the salad. To form a similar bowl as on the photo, put some water in a bowl, swirl, pour out, add salad, cover with a plate in and then turn it around.

- toast the pine nuts
- drizzle with olive oil at the end
