Crunchy bulgur salad with orange dressing

This recipe title is not lying: this salad is crunchy. It requires some preparation so it would work great preparing with a partner. I think the assessment of time needed (25 min) is a bit optimistic, but ok.

Orange really gives a nice touch to it, great stuff. Edamame beans are hard to find where I am from, so I just used kidney beans. There were no complaints.

Notes to the recipe:

- quarter half of the radishes, so they are crunchier
- toast the almonds with a bit of salt and roughly chop half of them
- make sure to season well, maybe even add some crumbled feta
