Much better than in an average restaurant; it is all about the dressing. Play around with the number of anchovies: we used 3 and you could already really taste them. If you eat with someone, leave lettuce laves whole. Fun fact, this salad originates from Mexico and originally dressing was without anchovies. 🤷🏻♂️
Cut croutons big and as similar size as possible; you do not want those small teeth breaking cubes, do you? You do? Ok, fine, also ok. Be careful not to bake them too long, they can get too crunchy fast.
Add grilled chicken, salmon or additional good mood.
