Besides tacos and burgers quesadillas are the hardest to photograph. My try is expectedly meh. But I love the simplicity of this dish, and you will be done in no time. Salt on top and moving them in the pan really makes a difference.
Practice makes perfect is valid also for flipping quesadillas. Filing could be anything with cheese, so experiment. If you are having a party serve also spicy black beans.
Notes - mix the cheese and ingredients! - recipe quantity will be enough for 3 small 20cm tortillas - chicken: boil for 10-12 min in salted water
