Herby courgettes with semolina porridge

If you follow the recipe you gonna really have a lot of herby courgettes! Semolina (Grieß, gres) reminded me of my childhood when… I am not sure, I ate it I guess? Cheese makes it cooler; in fact is there anything that cheese cannot improve? Pine nuts, the most often replaced ingredient, can be any nuts really.

This is ideal for someone with a garden who wonders wtf should I do with all the courgettes! And do not plant the Russian tarragon, people! It is not THE REAL DEAL! Check also other Ottolenghi’s recipes, this man is a genius.
