Cabbage bacon slaw is an interesting idea (I fried it in the pan). Cabbage magically expands when you start shredding it, so this will be a great dish to use part of it together with the already opened sour cream from last week. A great snack if you have some tortillas left.
Sadly my avocado did not cooperate in my ripening plans, so we parted our ways. If you have any tortillas left, try quesadillas for dinner.
